Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
In short: Trackly.Team helps your organization track goals together. Your organization's content belongs to you. You're responsible for what you share, so don't post anything you wouldn't want others to know. Use the service lawfully and respectfully. During early access every plan is free; when paid plans begin, they renew each year until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal. These terms are governed by Florida law.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trackly.Team ("Trackly.Team," "we," "us") for your use of the website and service at trackly.team (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have authority to do so. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The service
Trackly.Team lets organizations create teams, set goals, record progress and updates, give feedback, view dashboards and reports, and send reminders. We may add, change or remove features over time. We'll try to give notice before removing anything significant.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- Give accurate information and keep it current. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us right away at hello@trackly.team if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. Organizations, owners and admins
- Each organization has one owner. The owner controls the organization's plan, chooses admins, and can transfer ownership or delete the organization. Owners and admins can create teams, manage people and see every team.
- Owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they assign, including who can see satisfaction answers and other sensitive information.
- If you invite people, you confirm you have the right to share their email address with us for that purpose.
5. Your content
- "Your content" means the goals, updates, feedback, names, titles, photos and other information you or your organization add to the Service. You and your organization keep ownership of your content.
- You give Trackly.Team permission to store, copy, display and process your content only as needed to run, protect and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your content.
- You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to add it. Don't add information you aren't allowed to share, such as other people's confidential, medical or financial information.
- Within an organization, content is visible according to roles and settings (for example, goals and updates are visible to the team, private feedback only to its author and recipient, and satisfaction answers only to managers and admins).
6. What you share is your responsibility
- Trackly.Team will not be responsible for, nor held liable for, any information shared on the Service, including goals, updates, comments, feedback, satisfaction answers, names, titles and photos.
- It is the responsibility of those using Trackly.Team not to make comments, feedback or updates that they do not wish to be known. Before you post, assume that anything you write could be seen by others in your organization.
- Content is shown to others according to your organization's roles and settings. Even private feedback is seen by the person it's for, and anyone who can see your content could copy or pass it on. Trackly.Team can't control what other users do with information you share.
- Organizations, and their owners and admins, are responsible for how their members use Trackly.Team and for setting their own expectations about what is shared.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or use the Service for anything harmful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful or abusive;
- upload malware, or try to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service or other people's accounts;
- use the Service to send spam or unwanted invitations;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to an organization;
- resell or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
8. Plans, billing, renewal and cancellation
- Early access. While the Service is in early access, all plans are free and no payment information is collected. We'll notify organization owners before any charges begin, and paid plans will require the owner's agreement at checkout.
- Paid plans. When paid plans are offered, prices are shown on our website and are charged per organization, per year, based on the number of people in the organization (including pending invitations). Taxes may be added where required.
- Free trial. Paid plans may begin with a free trial that requires a payment card. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the first annual charge is made when the trial ends.
- Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically every year at the then-current price until the owner cancels. We'll send a reminder before each annual renewal and give notice of any price change before it takes effect.
- Changing size. If an organization grows past its plan's size, the owner is asked to approve moving to the next plan before the change takes effect. The difference in price may be charged for the rest of the current year.
- Cancelling. The owner can cancel at any time in the organization's settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the organization keeps access until the end of the year already paid for.
- No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including when a plan is cancelled after it has renewed, except where the law requires otherwise.
- End of a paid period. When a cancelled or unpaid plan's paid period ends, the organization's access is locked. We may delete a locked organization's content after giving the owner notice and a reasonable chance to export or reactivate.
9. The demo
The demo is a private sample organization filled with made-up people and information. Anything you enter in a demo is erased automatically after a few days, and demos never send email. Don't enter real or sensitive information in a demo.
10. Leaving, removing and deleting
- You can leave a team or an organization at any time from Settings. Leaving an organization deletes your goals, updates and feedback in it.
- An organization's owner can delete the organization, which permanently deletes its teams and content.
- We may suspend or end access to the Service, or to an organization, if these Terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first.
- Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trackly.Team makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that no information will ever be lost; keep your own copies of anything important, for example by downloading reports.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trackly.Team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Trackly.Team harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breaking these Terms or the law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and Trackly.Team agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@trackly.team so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a change, we'll update the date above and ask you to agree to the new version the next time you sign in. If you don't agree, stop using the Service.
16. Other terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Trackly.Team about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part of these Terms isn't a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization.
