Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
In short: we collect what's needed to run Trackly.Team, namely your email, your profile and what your organization records, and use it only to provide the service. We don't sell your information or use advertising trackers. What you add is visible to your organization according to its roles. You can leave or delete at any time, and you can email us to remove your account entirely.
1. Who we are
Trackly.Team ("we," "us") provides the goal-tracking service at trackly.team. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to hello@trackly.team.
2. What we collect
- Account information: your email address, and the name, title and profile photo you choose to add.
- Organization information: the organizations and teams you belong to, your roles, and the email addresses of people invited.
- Content you add: goals, due dates, progress updates, life and work updates, satisfaction answers ("How are you feeling about your role and team?"), feedback, and yearly archives.
- Sign-in and security information: one-time sign-in codes (stored scrambled and expiring after 10 minutes), sign-in sessions, and your network (IP) address, used briefly to limit repeated sign-in attempts and protect against abuse.
- Records of agreement: when you agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and which version.
- Billing information (when paid plans begin): payments will be handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We won't receive or store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service: signing you in, showing your organization's dashboards and reports, and saving your updates.
- To send service emails: sign-in codes, invitations, ownership changes and the monthly reminder to update your goals.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To run billing and send required notices once paid plans begin.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Who can see your information
- Your organization: people on your teams can see goals, progress and team feedback. Private feedback is visible only to its author and the person it's for. Satisfaction answers are visible only to that team's managers and the organization's owner and admins. Owners and admins can see every team in their organization.
- Other organizations can't see anything in yours.
- Service providers that help us run Trackly.Team, only as needed:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database storage and email forwarding;
- Brevo: sending emails (link clicks in emails pass through mail.trackly.team);
- Google Fonts and cdnjs: loading the site's fonts and the PDF report tool (these see your network address when your browser loads them);
- Stripe: payment processing, once paid plans begin.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Service.
- Business changes: if Trackly.Team is merged, sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that, under this policy.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the Service: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers which team you were viewing. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep information
- Your profile and content are kept while you belong to an organization. Leaving an organization deletes your goals, updates and feedback in it. Deleting an organization deletes all of its content.
- Sign-in sessions last up to 30 days of inactivity; sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.
- Demo organizations and everything in them are erased automatically after 3 days.
- Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can view and edit your profile, and download reports of your goals, at any time.
- You can leave a team or organization from Settings, and owners can delete their organization.
- To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account entirely, email hello@trackly.team. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
8. Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections, sign-in codes and sessions are stored scrambled, and every request is checked so one organization can never see another's information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe.
9. Children
Trackly.Team isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed by our service providers, primarily in the United States and potentially in other countries where they operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a change, we'll update the date above and ask you to agree to the new version the next time you sign in.
12. Contact
